The ones I know of clearly don't. Fortunately, this group wasn't particularly dangerous or competent. [In Inaba, they were the worst and most annoying. But compared to the city? They were mostly just loud troublemakers.]

They kept waking up one woman. Her teenage son fought the lot of them... When they tried to run he chased them on a pushbike.
