And besides, would it even be alright for him to find himself a new family? Even if they're not here, it still feels like a betrayal of Jin and Saya, who would surely feel hurt at the idea of sharing their brother with anyone, especially after he more or less chose to abandon them. Then again, it's not like they have a brother anymore... or, to be more precise, they've never had an older brother to begin with.
